Grafton is an academy that offers its preparation services online with the objective of providing students with the tools and support necessary to succeed in their exams and achieve their professional goals. They needed >>

  1. Maximize alumni recruitment, enrollment management and alumni collections.
  2. Align marketing, sales, administration and operations processes to get the most out of Zoho One: Fluency, Coordination and Communication.
  3. Enable an omnichannel, relationship-based, long-term relationship-based marketing and sales approach with Grafton’s target audience.
  4. Automate routine tasks in marketing, sales, administration and operations.
  5. Implementation of workflow automations, with specific examples to improve operational efficiency.

This is how we resolved it

  • We conducted an audit to analyze the initial configuration of Zoho One and understand the processes.
  • An advanced configuration of Zoho CRM advanced configuration of Zoho CRM to optimize the management of commercial recruitment, marketing, operations and current administration. We also used other tools such as Zoho Sales IQ, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Forms.
